Proof, not hype

What we cover, and how we stay honest.

Our product is citability. If our rankings could be bought or bent, the numbers would be worthless — to a brand, a buyer, a reporter, or you. So the rules below are fixed, and public.

Proof, not hype·Public retail rankings, archived & dated every week
Coverage
01
Equal treatment by data, not by relationship
Every brand with data in a channel is measured the same way. Ranking, inclusion, and depth come from the public source — never from whether a brand pays us, partners with us, or talks to us.
02
Unfavorable data gets published too
If a brand — including one we like, cover often, or have a relationship with — falls, stalls, or is absent, we show it on the same terms as anyone rising. We don't quietly drop the bad weeks.
03
Sponsorship is always labeled, and never changes a ranking
If content is sponsored or a relationship is commercial, it is clearly labeled as such. Sponsorship can pay for a story slot; it can never move a rank, add a placement, or remove a competitor.
04
Commercial relationships are disclosed where relevant
Where we have a commercial relationship with a brand we cover (including our own AI-citation clients), we mark it so you can weigh the coverage yourself.
Data honesty
05
We show our receipts
Every material number carries its market, chart basis, ranking method, captured date, source, and observed depth. A top-20 shelf is labeled 20/100 observed — we never pad a chart to look complete.
06
We say what we can't see
"Not on this channel" means not in that channel's sample this week — not proof a product is unavailable. "US" means a specific US-customer ranking, not all US retail. We name the limits before you have to ask.
07
Curation is transformed, never passed off as reporting
When we surface someone else's data, video, or post, we link the original and add a kbeautytmi value-add — a source trace, a chart join, an entity normalization, or an editor's read. We don't reproduce others' charts as our own.
Community
08
Reader signals are labeled as reader signals
Reactions, votes, saves, and sightings are shown as community response with a sample size — they never silently become a sales figure or a factual claim.
Accounts & privacy
09
One account, and the weekly issue comes with it
Google sign-in or an email verification link creates one kbeautytmi account. Creating that account subscribes you to the weekly intelligence brief, and we say so on the sign-up screen before you continue. You can switch it off at any time in your account settings or from the unsubscribe link in any issue. Turning email off never removes account access.
10
We keep only what the service needs
For account access we store your verified email, provider identity, optional name and profile image, membership status, communication preferences, consent record, and hashed session credentials. We do not request Google Drive, contacts, or other Google account data.
11
You control sessions and communication
Signing out revokes the active session. Newsletter unsubscribe suppresses future marketing email while preserving the account. To request account access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected] from the account address.
